Parties

Parties at the Safe Play Centre can be as big or as small an event as you would like.

Parties at SPCLLPMany 1st and 2nd birthday parties simply involve inviting friends and family to a private play session and having a cake with 'Happy Birthday' sang at the end. You can of course do a bigger event and have a play session including party games, e.g. pass the parcel, musical bumps. We'll provide a cd player for you to use as you wish.

Older children often enjoy party food. For an additional charge of £5, we will provide two covered buffet tables and children's seating for your guests to enjoy cold party snacks. Or order in a take-away if you’d prefer – pizza parties go down a treat at the Safe Play Centre! Please bring your own highchair if required. Please note, we do not allow any food and/or drink in the sensory room or soft play area. We kindly ask for all children (and adults if necessary!) to clean their hands with the wipes provided before returning to play.

Maybe your child would like a themed party, a piñata or our sensory room turned into a disco? It’s up to you. You’ll have the whole centre to yourselves to use as if it were your own home, (but of course you won’t have a messy house to clean up after!).

Many families choose to have their family get-togethers at the Safe Play Centre too. We’ve hosted christenings, baby showers and grandparents’ birthdays! Our oldest birthday party to date was a 70th! You can also hire out our sensory room alone – a great cosy venue for a small group to unwind with relaxing music, perfect for a loved one’s birthday treat. Please contact us for further information.

Whatever your event, your party experience at the Safe Play Centre will be a fantastic success. We'll provide a home from home venue and without the expensive 'per head' costs, your bank balance will enjoy the benefits as well!
